Hill Cottage A - 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and catering for 1 to 6 people (additional charges for over 6 people)

 

This cottage is set on a hill with views overlooking the property & surrounding hills, within a short stroll to the pool, cabana and tennis court.

 

Hill Cottage A is situated next door to Hill Cottage B, whilst offering privacy to guests, it also offers the opportunity for larger gatherings with family & friends being able to be located next door.

 

• BEDROOM 1: ground floor, 1 queen bed, window seat

• BEDROOM 2: ground floor, 1 queen bed​

• BEDROOM 3: upstairs loft, queen bed​

• BATHROOM: shower, toilet, basin​

• KITCHEN: table & chairs, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots & pans, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, small electrical appliances for cooking, cleaning items, a (very mini) mini bar containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, tissues​

• LOUNGE AREA: TV (reception is unreliable), DVD player (free DVD library available), Wood fire (only during winter)​

• BALCONY: outdoor seating​

• RECEPTION: Poor TV reception, mobile coverage unreliable, no Wi-Fi

​Security Bond (fully refundable, conditions apply):
A bond of $100 per person will be charged upfront, however this will be fully refunded within 24hrs of check out if all the conditions in our reservation policy are met, along with the following:

- No damage
- Not accessing areas not booked
- All dishes & kitchen items washed, dried, cleaned & put away
- All surfaces wiped down
- Rubbish put in bins provided
- No smoking inside
- No littering
- Only using items for their intended use
- Bathrooms not excessively wet outside the shower
- No additional guests, other than booked
- Not driving on grass
- Only use the Tennis Court for tennis, not cricket, skating etc

Unfortunately no pets allowed & no smoking allowed inside.
